About Us We arrange conventional financing through
institutions and use private money sources for non-traditional or
unique financing requests. We
have established relationships with more than 1,000 lending
institutions and 500 private lender sources Nationwide.
These include 40 year relationships with Banks, Thrifts,
Credit Companies, Life Companies, Pension Funds, REITS, and
Conduits. Geographically, we are active throughout the Western
States. BFC has provided funds for project Equity, Joint Ventures, Mezzanine Debt, Participating Loans and Property Sales. We also have the ability to arrange Lines of Credit, Sale of Mortgage Portfolios, Second Mortgages and Hypothecation of Notes. BFC has a strategic relationship with Pacific Commercial Realty in Los Angeles to provide clients with debt and equity for distressed properties and notes. The firm also provides leasing and investment brokerage services to small and large size companies both regionally and nationally.
